Privacy notice for the iLearn Support (Zendesk)
iLearn Support is managed through the Zendesk platform. The Zendesk Privacy Policy for iLearn Support is available at https://www.zendesk.com/company/customers-partners/privacy-policy and https://www.zendesk.com/company/customers-partners/master-subscription-agreement/?cta=msa. Where you access the iLearn Support page and submit a request to the iLearn Support Team either via webform or email, the personal information in your iLearn Support profile is available to administrators of the iLearn Support page and your supervisors. This may include your name, email address, job title, phone number, profile information, and other information collected through the administration and use of the iLearn Support page service (including information you post, such as questions and comments). Your information will be used by the iLearn Support Team to assist you in resolving your iLearn related queries. In addition, any personal information you provide when accessing iLearn Support may be transferred to, stored and processed overseas where Zendesk or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities and may not be subject to privacy protections equivalent to the Queensland privacy regime. By accessing iLearn Support, you consent to the transfer overseas of your personal information.
