Please note the following:
- When accessing iLearn from within your department network, you will either be logged into iLearn automatically via single sign-on (SSO), or you will need to enter your iLearn username or password.
- When accessing iLearn from outside your department network (eg. from your home PC), you may need to use your department email address and password.
- Community Recovery Ready Reserve members from other agencies can access iLearn at crrr.cls.janisoncloud.com. You will need to login with the details provided to you in your Community Recovery Ready Reserve 'Welcome' email. Note that your iLearn account may be deactivated during the months of non-activity (May through to August) so please contact iLearn Support if you have any queries.
